It seems most Creative users have had problems with the drivers. The best thing to try is to download and install Daniel K's driver pack for Windows 10. They should get most of the Creative software to work although you might have to mess with it a bit.

The drivers MS sends via Windows Update just don't work quite right. It was much worse on the 9926 build and previous but MS and Creative have been working to get things straightened out. The worst problem I have now is that with each reboot Windows tends to reset the Creative software settings but at least the software can be accessed to change and restore it. There have been positive improvements thanks to Daniel K but it isn't quite there yet. Suggest you go to the Windows Feedback app and let them know you too are having problems. I still add my 'me too' every few days. Look under Devices and Drivers in the feedback app.
